The Utelogy partnership adds an enhanced layer of functionality into SCC’s monitoring, management, and support capabilities, as well as introducing advanced Management Information (MI) features. The Utelogy platform provides benefit to the SCC ecosystem and its end users by improving the overall user experience, reducing downtime, and increasing the return on meeting space investments.
The Utelogy service will provide SCC AVS with a specific capability to provide enhanced management,monitoring, and control for the video-enabled workplace, offering strengthened capabilities to what is already a comprehensive portfolio of managed services. The company’s standard service will now include Utelogy by default, providing remote management of the entire collaboration estate; 24x7x365 application and network monitoring; aftercare and warranty services; preventative maintenance visits; cloud video; and hosted unified communications.
