We are a fun team made up of an array of exciting personalities. Find out more about the faces behind the team in our Behind The Bubble Q&A.

What was your first job?
I got my first job when I was 15, which was waitressing at my local pub. At one point, in the pub garden we had a whole farm worth of animals from pigs and chickens to goats. In the summer I remember having to chase the chickens around the garden to get them back into their pen. I worked there for seven years and still pop back every now and again for a catch up with the team!
What did you want to be when you were growing up?
When I was growing up I was a huge fan of The Bill (a police drama series). For years I then wanted to be a police officer or a private investigator, I love dogs so was particularly interested in working with sniffer dogs.
Soundtrack of your life?
Reach For The Stars – S Club 7. This song has made it onto every playlist I’ve ever made. Growing up it was my favourite song to play on my Walkman and starred in many a dance routine with friends.
Biggest pet peeve?
My biggest pet peeve would have to be someone using all the hot water in the shower and not telling you. In my opinion there is nothing worse or frustrating!
What is one thing you’re learning and why is it important?
This year I have given myself the goal of learning sign language, I love talking to people and feel that sign language opens those barriers to be able to communicate with more people. I feel this is important as it helps include more people in society, I would at some point in my life be thrilled to see sign language as a language class you can study at school.
Favourite phrase or word; English and another language?
C’est la Vie & bite the bullet
What is your guilty pleasure?
At the minute my guilty pleasure would have to be watching Dancing On Ice every Sunday night with a nice glass of wine, in my opinion it’s the perfect way to end the weekend. I recently found out that Bubble client Monterosa actually developed the Dancing On Ice app, I have been making the most of the platform and getting my votes in. At the minute I would love to see either Perri or Joe win the show!
What is your most used emoji?
😂
Do you have a hidden talent?
I can pour six pints in one go (technically 12). When I was at University I did a bit of bar work, we used to sell these huge two pint steins and were all taught to pour three per hand.
Do you have an industry idol, if so who? And why?
Lara Hogan, the Engineering Director at Etsy is currently my industry idol. Lara is a hug advocate for women in tech and inspired me to have the confidence to pursue a career in such a male dominated industry. Additionally, Lara has a book called ‘Designing For Performance’ – she donates all the proceedings from this book to female non-profit coding initiates which I think is amazing. These initiatives include; Girl Develop It and Black Girls Code.
What is your favourite thing about being a Bubble?
My favourite thing about being a Bubble, aside from being part of such an amazing team is the range of opportunities I have been presented with. From working international trade shows, to attending seminars to expand my industry knowledge, there are countless experiences I have had the privilege of participating in. I have met many inspirational people which had fuelled my passion for pursuing a career in PR. #TeamBubble
