Cybersecurity and content security preparedness are critical to protecting content in the media and entertainment industry, and measures have been put in place to stay ahead of the risks and threats. On August 7, Vinícius Brasileiro, Information Security Manager, Strategy & Risk, Globo, will chair a 90-minute panel on Information Security Best Practices for Content Security during the SET EXPO Congress in Brazil.
This discussion will highlight the best practices for cybersecurity and information security, including the recent updates to security standards and the Motion Picture Association’s (MPA) Best Content Security Practices. The benefits that certification and an enhanced level of security maturity can bring to the industry will also be explored.
Joining Brasileiro will be Kari Grubin, Membership Services Director of the Trusted Partner Network (TPN), to discuss the benefits of TPN and the MPA Content Security Best Practices. Lucas Bortolato from MAV will share his experience on best practices implementation and the TPN certification process. Ariosto Farias Jr., Senior Advisor at CQSI and Head of Delegation for the International Committee ISO SC 27 for Brazil, will offer his expertise on recent updates to ISO 27001 and 27002 standards; Daniel Tupinambá, partner at Deloitte, will speak about the value of certifications and increasing the security maturity level.
