Integrated Systems Europe is the world’s largest AV and systems integration show. With over 1,192 exhibitors and 73,413 visitors attending the show, Bubble’s clients turned to the agency to make sure their presence was noticed and to help them cut through the noise.
To raise awareness of each client’s presence at the show and secure coverage before, during and after the event to make sure their brands stood out among the other exhibitors.
STRATEGY & PLAN
To guarantee all activity supported the clients marketing and sales objectives, a plan of activity for before, during and after the show was created for each client. Content was created that consisted of short descriptions to send to titles that were writing previews, releases of product launches and news were drafted to guarantee attending media were aware of important announcements, and ‘Best of Show’ award entries were written and submitted. Thought leadership articles were created and speaker opportunities were also pitched for to make sure clients were strongly positioned as leaders in the AV industry.
In order to build relationships with key journalists, Bubble maintained a global press list and meetings were secured with target publications attending the show to encourage coverage during and after the exhibition.
Over 50 press meetings were secured and facilitated during the show that resulted in 60 plus pieces of coverage including the all-important ISE Daily articles. Four successful Best of Show award nominations were secured for clients’ products and ISE Show Floor Theatre opportunities and SVG panel discussion places were confirmed.
