The global sports brand Lagardére approached Bubble to organise its Global Summit of 150 staff. This was an important event for them as they were announcing their re-brand and a new structure at the event.
Create an event that would foster trust in the company leadership, team companionship and passion in the company, as well as a bit of fun.
Strategy & Plan
Bubble identified the key requirements for the relaunch event – the venue, the message, the key staff. Bubble proposed a running order for the launch event at the Emirates Stadium. This involved liaison with the venue over food and beverage, AV, logistics and set-up. Bubble arranged production and management of invitations, accommodation, staff transport to the stadium, security badges, team building events on the day, breakfast and lunch, and goodie bags. Bubble also handled all of the PR for the re-brand including over 70 executive interviews.
For a small budget, Bubble achieved excellent results – all of the participants gave us top scores for attention to detail, creativity and organisation of event and cited it as the best global summit held by the company – we have been contracted now to run these annually.
The re-brand achieved coverage in over 300 sports publications worldwide.
